This service is to ensure the delivery of your 3D Printer to our service center in Jebal Ali Industrial 1 for maintenance purposes
Kindly note the following:
The gross weight must be between (15 - 30) Kg otherwise the booking is automatically canceled
This service is merely for one-way delivery of the machine, it doesn't cover maintenance costs
The machine will be delivered in 1-2 business days if the client's address is within non-remote areas in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah
The machine will be delivered in 2-5 business days if the client's address is within remote areas in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah
Kindly ensure the following:
Please choose "Shipping" option at check-out, NO additional shipping cost will be added
Add a small description of the problem you're facing with the 3D printer and why it requires maintenance -if it's not a general maintenance case-, the technician however will contact you upon booking the service or upon delivery to our center is accomplished (notes can be added when making the order)
The machine needs to be packed as securely as possible for the courier to collect(kindly use a box and foam if possible, CrealityUAE is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to poor packing)
Upon placing the order, you will receive an email from the courier company dictating the ETA for pick-up from your location, another email or WhatsApp message will be sent to you from CrealityUAE team with the shipping slip, kindly print it out and tape it to the box or handover to the courier agent
You can always use your own preferable courier to send your 3D printer to our Service Center, this service is to give you more options, but if you already have a better delivery method go for it! Only kindly contact our team for a heads up prior to the delivery
This service doesn't include the cost of shipping back to client after maintenance, it's a one way ticket for the machine to arrive from your location to our Service Center
Refund Policy
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
