Refund Policy


Our clients enjoy 7 days of grace period during which they can return the purchased 3D printers, as long as the said items were not used and in their original packing. We apologize for not accepting any return beyond 7 days from the date of purchase. If the machine or the part subject to the invoice was assembled, fixed and/or commissioned by our staff the return policy will become void. Please provide the proof of purchase in the case of returning the order to make sure that we can assist you and in a timely manner


Consumables including 3D printing material and replacement parts cannot be refunded, if they are unopen and intact, we can however make a replacement, but the item needs to be delivered back to our location.


Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.


We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over 200 AED, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
