First Lines FZ LLC offers its clients several options and solutions to make savings on their purchases. Pre-Order is one of these tools. We only offer the Pre-Order option on the models that have already been ordered and picked up from the factory. The duration of the Pre-Order offer starts from the date of shipment picked up from the factory and ends when the shipment arrives in the UAE. Possible delays, that are out of our control, may come across but the delivery is 100% guaranteed.

ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) is a tentative date given by the shipping forwarder, subject to delay due to circumstances beyond our control
