Adhesive Varnish for 3D-Printing Basic 100ml Glue for Build Plate Adhesion

❖ Description:
 adhesive (glue) is designed to create an adhesion between the first layer of 
the model and the printing bed (build plate). It works properly on a heated printing bed, as the 
main substance of the BASIC activates when the temperature rises above 60 C degrees. 
When the surface on which the glue is applied cools down, the adhesion weakens that allows 
the printed product to be removed from the printing bed. 

❖ How to use: 
It has been tested with a wide range of FDM materials, 
such as PLA, PETG, ABS, HIPS, TPU, ULTRAN, CARBEX, 
CREADUR. It works properly on the build plates made of glass, metal 
(stainless steel, aluminum), basalt and PEI. 
It does not contain harmful substances and is completely safe when 
used according to the instructions. 
It is supplied in different volumes (100 ml, 250 ml and 400 ml) so you 
can take exactly the volume that is most convenient for you. 
Prepare it by shaking the bottle (the can) for a few seconds. Apply the adhesive 
on your build plate with the circular motion until the needed surface covered. Wait 3-5 seconds 
for drying. Alternatively, you can apply the adhesive with a lint-free cloth, so the build plate is 
ready to print in just a few seconds. 
After applying the glue, a thin polymer film is formed that is almost invisible with the naked eye. 
With proper, uniform application, you can achieve an ideal glossy surface on the bottom layer 
of the model. 
After the print is done and the build plate cools down you can easily remove your object from 
the plate. 
After use you can wipe or wash the build plate with some lukewarm water.
